The editors welcome the submission of unsolicited manuscripts in the form of full-length articles, case comments and notes on important topics in sports and entertainment law.

Types of Submissions Accepted
Submissions will be accepted on all aspects of sports and entertainment law, including but not limited to, law and professional or amateur sports, entertainment law and gaming law.  Submissions must deal with novel issues and may not be substantively similar to articles published elsewhere.

Format Required
Articles submitted for consideration should be between 10,000 and 25,000 words.  Comments and Notes should be between 7,500 and 15,000 words.  All submissions should include the author’s complete contact information and footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

How to Submit
Articles may be submitted via ExpressO, by e-mail or by mail.  Submissions by mail should be typed, double-spaced and accompanied by a CD or flash drive containing the article in Microsoft Word 2003 format.  Digital submissions should be attached as a Microsoft Word 2003 document and sent by email to jselsubmissions@gmail.com.  Please note that we prefer electronic submissions.
